OK- that is an interesting point.
this case could have appeal after appeal, which Vodaphone will use to undermine TLS bit by bit.
i suppose they have nothing to lose and everything to gain by milking it , as the longer the case drags on, the weaker the perception of Telstra in regard to new sign ups.
ps- i think the only reason the SP was status quo today, was that the big banks and iron ore and crude tanked.
no one in their right mind would think that a saving of only 1 billion over 5 years by sacking loyal staff is a panacea to prosperity.
