FINAL DETERMINATION
The Pilbara Infrastructure’s Train Path Policy
The Economic Regulation Authority (Authority) has published its final determination on The Pilbara Infrastructure’s (TPI) proposed (revised) Train Path Policy.
The final determination was to approve the proposed policy document subject to fifteen amendments. The Authority’s final determination, TPI’s proposed (revised) Train Path Policy and public submissions are available on the Authority’s web site.
The Authority commissioned consultant PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) to provide advice on TPI’s proposed (revised) Train Path Policy, to assist the Authority in preparing its determination. The PwC report is available on the Authority’s web site.
Public consultation was conducted over a six-week period following submission of the proposed document by TPI on 14 July 2008. A second round of public consultation was undertaken over a six-week period following release of the Authority’s draft determination on 27 March 2009.
The Authority has considered all submissions received in preparing its final determination.
