THE PILBARA INFRASTRUCTURE’S SEGREGATION ARRANGEMENTS
The Economic Regulation Authority has published its final determination on The Pilbara Infrastructure’s (TPI) revised proposed Segregation Arrangements. TPI’s revised proposed Segregation Arrangements includes its manual of segregation compliance procedures (the ‘Segregation Manual’).
The final determination was to approve TPI’s revised proposed Segregation Arrangements (of 17 July 2009) subject to 10 amendments.
