SteelnStone is right, IMO the issue is not about a failed transaction, if you have a go and it gos 'A' up thats life, the issue is about being held responsible because Ochre billed GFS (Raven) for millions in fees but as we all know nothing was delivered or achieved for it and it still hasnt. The ASX asked for an explanation about the fees and asked for a detailed response and legal audit. I've never seen any response to the ASX questions, have I missed it or has any one else seen it ? IMO Tulainyo was a red herring. Still nothing from the new board, no one answers the phone or emails now. IMO If we cant get answers from NF or the current board maybe its time to ask questions of the other directors of Ochre and Raven and see if that gets us anywhere.
