final directors notice - peter steve

I don't recall seeing an announcement re the resignation of Peter Steve. Does anyone know why. Usually we at least get a notice of a director leaving when its voluntary or at least "to pursue other opportunities" when it's not.

The reason I ask is todays share sales are roughly equal his last notice. Could be just co incidence, and maybe I just missed the "thankyou for the rabbits" notice.
