Must admit I was lucky to skim off a nice little chunk of cream today at the high, on the off chance dilution & the pre-completion to the warehouse extension impacts the final dividend in anyway. I would be happy with anything near $0.15 but realistically would be content with anything above $0.13.
Would be interested to know everyone's thoughts on the final or any feedback on how development is going?
I am still very bullish >6months and will look to re-fill that parcel with any negative over reaction to the final.
