Anything greater than 13c Div should give the SP a little boost - at least until it goes xD. I doubt we will see any major dividend increases until the extensions are complete unless the DAS division comes in with a screamer. They have been doing a heap of soft advertising on socials for DAS - especially LinkedIn. I've also noted a number of positions advertised in 22H2.
SP overall has been disappointing, but the cost of capital means that companies are holding back a little now - or delaying purchases for cashflow reasons. As hardware is generally CAPEX then it is no surprise we see DDR down a little.
