How do you arrive at these figures? Unless they seriously break the trend of earnings in recent quarters, overall profit for the full year will be flat on last year. I have EPS at about 41c. They have already paid out 39c for this FY. How DDR could pay anything over 5c for the final dividend is beyond me.
