Goodman group have hardly lifted dividends in 10 years despite rock star growth. You could buy them at just over $1 in 2009. Share price has increased 20 fold to $20+ and the company is far bigger. They keep reinvesting the earnings to grow. If they returned a dividend triple or quadruple the size of current over the same period, I would make $6 per share before tax instead of $19 plus a small a dividend...
