    Agree with you Dr Pwu.

    The new DRP scheme is a positive aspect of the dividend policy. Shares for reinvested dividends will be bought on-market by the company, rather than new shares being issued. This means shareholders who do not reinvest dividends will not suffer dilutions of their holdings.

    This is a good management initiative.
