That's right Sis, there was never any mention of it being on condition that AGS wins the case, only that the case be finalised. The case HAS been finalised so the Itochu agreement should now be in progress. Soon we may own only 60% of 25% of B4M (or 15% of B4M). Yeah I never did like the deal from the beginning. Practically just giving it away. Yet another great decision by our esteemed management. Keep up the good work guys!
