Well MD, AGS put the for sale sign up a week before the so called evidence came in so how does that fit with your theory?
Are you saying all the construction and well fields being set up happened when AGS and H weren't even communicating. Yeah right. If you believe that one you would believe anything.
AGS were planning to sell this years ago. They had to go through the court actions to get Q to do more drilling and a more realistic estimate. That is the reason why I was so confident that this was never going to trial. If AGS could have sold this 5 years ago they would have. They even stated in one of the judgements that they had a buyer but they were put off by the fact H had the sales rights.
AGS never had plans of mining these deposits. Remember they voted against the current mining plan. It just so happened that the court and native title agreement required mining to begin before AGS had a chance to sell it.
