i would have a guess, that quasar would want to have the 100% and are sitting back to see what is going to be offered and then put a higher bid,as a private company they they would like the lot, and now its a waiting game,an announcement by the board to reassure the shareholders would dispell what is happening with 7% of shareholders seeking an egm to seek answers
