    PRL need an ann tomorrow - Hopefully with news of the go - ahead.

    But if not they need to say what steps they have taken to facilitate approvals during the delay - and what answers they are getting through official channels as to why it is taking so long.
    Has DC met with the relevant Dept Head? The Minister? An MP or anyone who can light a rocket under somebody's arse?
