    Robbo2621/others: This is all taking place in South America. Is it totally crazy to think that just perhaps some officials (those that need to put the final stamps/signatures/whatever onto some documents) will need to see some incentives to do so perhaps? Perhaps so, perhaps not? Regardless: Morer patience required, obviously.
