What I don't understand is we have drilled in Uruguay before, in Cerro Padilla twice which includes settings cast at 100m and getting approvals for next stage.

So we know what the requirements are, we have done it before. Ancap has been waiting for this drill for the past 5 yrs as it's going to save them billions of dollars so I highly doubt they are sitting around in there office having coffee all day.

None of this makes any sense!
