It sounds like a joke! The one sue does not have monetary damage. The one defence does not have valid point. The one time Lynas will have real monetary damage is after they get TOL and smsl go to stop their production. Also, Lynas can prove themself only at the time they actually have production and show to the public they are safe. The court cannot conclude anything and comments on both parties simply saying they are all w--kers. And I have been waiting this for a whole week to dream on the SP..... so regret
