To put the decision into context and to gauge initial reaction to today's decision check out the Frankfurt open. It is early in the trading day but as you will see there is no knee jerk reaction at all.
And as so eloquently put by an earlier post, today was only about seeking an injunction. It is not the case itself.
Let's not jump at shadows and let's think through this logically.
