I am fearing that LYC has become a victim of the current political landscape in Malaysia. It's clear there has been a lot of very vocal Malaysians against the TOL, and these are voting Malaysians so any decision on the issuing of the licence will not happen this side of the Malysian election which may not be until later in the year. What incumbent Govt. would tread on their own foot so close to an election by issuing a licence for a plant that a significant group of Malaysians don't want? I really hope I am wrong as like everyone I am underwater but holding on. Any thoughts?
