Final FDA approval process

Before anyone says anything about new threads, I think it is very important for all shareholders to understand the exact process the FDA will undertake to give Mesoblast the final approval.
I am asking follow holder if anyone out there tottally understands the processes.

who will review the the recommendation from the (ODAC)
is there a standing committee that do the review
do we know who is on this committee
are any of the people that where in on the (ODAC) meeting on Thursday night on the final FDA approval review
if so if it this standing committee that again votes on the final approval
if no is there a single person that votes on it

I personal would like to understand. I understand the high percent of approval they give from (ODAC).
but it is not over until the Fat lady sings, as they say.

detail on this would be great for everyone.
