Although the current trials are double blinded I assume that LCT would be running or seeing results of the 3 monthly scans of the patients and observing the patients. So although not able to declare anything until after completion of the full trial period and receiving confirmation who had the placebo I am assuming they will have a pretty good idea how things are progressing way before the actual result, particularly as I think after about 3 months you can rule out placebo effect. So if LCT start to ramp up preparation for scale and seeking more interested patients it would be a fair bet they are happy with how the trials are going.
