Metal Storm is a good play, question is who will end up with the intellectual property of Metal Storm when the final move to check mate has been completed.

Could be the current ASX shareholders will be transferred to the new corporate owner through a stock trade at the time of purchase thereby carrying the damaged ASX shareholders to a better reality.

If however Metal Storm files bankruptcy and dumps the current ASX shareholders the I would advise to locate a new vehicle in which to invest in the New Metal Storm.

Bottom Line the technolgy and future products are superior to other weapons systems available today.

Foe example, had the US Soldiers in Afghanistan had the Metal Storm weapons available far less combat mortality would have occured as the Metal Storm Weapons would not have jammed and overheat as did the conventional weapons did.
