final offer for the togo phosphate project

From the announcement 11/2/2014,

Balamara Resources Limited (“Balamara” or the “Company”) (ASX: BMB) is pleased to advise that it has received a formal invitation from the Ministry for Mining and Energy in Togo, West Africa, to submit a Final Offer for the Togo Carbonated Phosphate Project.

Offers are due to be presented to the Government of Togo by no later than 7 April 2014. Balamara understands that award of the tender to develop the Togo Project will take place thereafter, once Final Offers have been reviewed by the Government of Togo.

So, from this, and assuming deadlines are adhered too, final offers should be received by next Monday (7/4/14). Would be good to see an announcement to indicate this has taken place, and all we are awaiting is the review of final offers by the Ministry for Mining and Energy in Togo.

How long will this will take is anyone's guess... Hopefully its not too far away!

In the meantime, confirmation of Balkans sale transaction and NR JORC will hopefully get things moving again. Its been pretty quiet of late. Maybe the calm before the storm...
