It should be Henry Hub minus transport cost. Calorific value may also require some adjustment

The Henry Hub pipeline is the pricing point for natural gas futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange. The NYMEX contract for deliveries at Henry Hub began trading in 1990 and are deliverable 18 months in the future. Looks like it was around $3.50 /mcf during October, but would depend on whether Linc/ERG had any hedging in place similar to their hedging for their oil production.
