I've never heard of unaudited reports being accepted at an AGM. I find the whole AGM agenda vague and meaningless. They appear to be ramblings of a man in another world................in this case, it is called China!! I've lost interest in any revitalization of this business. I will ask ASIC what they are doing about this farcical situation in mid-late January.
