Having read the Beer&Co report it looks as though PLS has one final hurdle to jump - which I believe is going to be another catalyst for the share price (Surly this is yet to be factored into the current price):
PLS is permitted to construct and commission the plant. However, before PLS is able to move product off‐site, it requires a final permit, which follows a site inspection by the Department of Minerals and Energy to assure that the development has been as permitted and is fully permitted. It is now expected that the site inspection will be later in October, with the final permit in November.
