Increased offtake interest from North American utilities.

Debt and offtakes being primarily explored as funding options for K restart - meaning no guarantee of cap raise to keep a lid on the SP short-term.

Rising spot price and rising (albiet more slowly) term prices which appear to have nowhere to go but up...potential for a US ban on Russian Uranium imports...supply from main producers almost (if not already) exhausted / accounted for....and Kayelekeera being readied to deliver just as supply is forecast to dry up globally.

Happy to be in just about any of the Uranium plays over the last few months, but very happy to be with this one in particular.
