imo AIM did not instigate the litigation off their own bat. There will be people still within AIM very uncomfortable with this action.
NS have told them to start proceedings against Flory. They want AIM to use their own funds. Why should NS pay for it, they have already put a small fotune into the company. When NS stopped the action with AIM, this was no doubt the deal.
They want a pound of flesh for the lost funds.
