I heard that *we* have a planned and well executed NATO (or USA alliance) ME (North-African) policy of war against terrorism.
Also, heard that building fences stops people from migrating to safe harbours.
Policy idea: close people's access to safe haven and open the free capital movement to (tax-free) safe haven. How splendid. Why didn't anybody think of that?
