Three days to go and we have received about 2/3 of funds - return of capital only but no royalties. They promised four cheques of 25% each but only paid four cheques of 25% of part of the payment.
Very sneaky. They have three days to go until I call ASIC and lodge a complaint.
Have left a message with CFO.
