Pete, before you buy in, ask yourself, how will your portfolio cope if X do not go ahead and the shareprice goes back to 35 cents? I don't know what lies ahead for NKP, it all looks rosy, but a wind can strip all the petals leaving thorns.
Reward:risk.
Reward is X move, and SP goes to 80 cents short term, $1 medium term and over $2 long term.
Risk is GFC MK2 blows in, X walk and the share price goes back to the 30's. Long term, someone else takes up the option to finance and mine and we eventually end up at $2 long term. The pain over on that copper play in Cloncurry is worth paying attention to. Not saying we are anything like that copper company, just that some holders were overexposed and feeling pain. Can you take the pain of a 50% share price drop?
