The final result for 2002-03 should be announced after 20 August. I expect that in the second quarter the company will break even to give a final result for the year of a loss of less than $3 million. There was a loss of $2.9 million in the first half. I think that this will be OEC's last loss and from here on it will make profit.
I think that the Indian UCAL deal to produce the OCP system for Indian motorbikes will delive sooner rather than later, and the Mercury Optimax OEC equipped outboards fitted to run on JP5 fuel (as opposed to gasoline or diesel) for the US navy will deliver good returns to OEC.
Things are looking very bright for OEC.
