and they may also be the undeclared inked partner announced 1-2 months ago for the 2 blocks by SNE held by APCL.
This connection would hold a lot of sway in a government decision.
At this stage to many unknowns for me.
My best hope is WPL offer Far a nice discovery handshake for their 15%.but somehow feel its more like,take this peanut or we'll crush you at our own timing.
