Trouble is..... this very 'advice' was given at 16c (remember the $1 party?), 12c... (50c party), 8c... (25c party) and now as it slides deeper into oblivion the '12c take over'. No secret about shorting... simply DYOR... the 100m shorts will be largely covered at the coming 5c raising. Then the whole process starts again...imo.
