I seem to agree with you because I purchased yesterday on the Ramu announcement having followed HIG for years on and off. Missed the Frieda DFS deferment announcement though and thought I got in at basement price. Today's action has a bot hogging the 14.5c sell first line for 1 share meaning it's an undisclosed sell amount ensuring no one else can sell at 14.5c. That means anyone wishing to sell and get filled will have to sell at 14c. Now that either means someone big wants out or is capping the price at 14.5c and accumulating at 14c. The $64000 question is which one. Noting that they have sold 65K shares at 14.5c today and had no sales at 14c it appears to be the former meaning lower prices may be in store for HIG.
