Mihal, for what it is worth, you can apply for your Taxation Agent to register you as a Trader. I have found this to be most effective at the end of each year, as the value of your holding is compared to that at the end of the previous year. Any stocks that are down are then treated as a loss to offset any CGT on your profits.
