Finally was able to get a list of the last few signoffs required before the red stuff starts seeing the light of day.
1. Colin Barrnet signoff Early Sept.
2. Federal Government approval end of Sept.
3. The Pope Late October
4. President Obama January 2010
5. The anti Christ. Date TBC ( could be tied in with No4 )
6. Jesus upon second coming. Date TBC
