SHs will have different points of view depending on many factors including current share portfolio, financial situation, stage of life to name a few. IMO most are likely to base a decision on the value of the SP rather than the science, the opportunity and the remaining runway. Seems to be @Hunterr where you are heading with this.
I will sell when DR T says he is selling
(no pressure on DR T but he has more knowledge of the opportunity than I do and will know the runway better than me and he has much more to loose than I do)
