If they withhold our funds and then eventually have to pay us after litigation etc. will the exchange rate of AUD be calculated on the date of amalgamation or the date which they eventually decided to pay us.. If they are able to choose which date...obviously they would shaft us again because thats what these guys do best.. So can they choose or is it set in stone that it will be based on the date of amalgamation??

Also even if it is set at the date of amalgamation and they withhold our funds and AUD goes up in value.. then when we eventually get payed it will be worth less and we had no opportunity to move those funds into another asset,. So how could that be fair. To me if they choose to withhold paying us they should pay us at the better AUD rate..Maybe a little bit of interest to boot.. Im all for chinese take away but these punks are serving up dump ibis when I payed for chicken..
