re your post Anyhow whats wrong with the operator they have there? And what makes you all think BMB with no money or expertise could do better,than what is already established there?
to my understanding its GOV run atm and the tender is for an operator to increase capacity of phosphate mining and establish a fertilizer plant.
if successful its a huge business and will require large sums of money which is why we have a major financial company in on our final tender.
Sultan/BMB have been involved in this tender process from the start and management know the workings within the TOGO Gov very well.its a three horse race and there are two parts to the tender 1. Mining and 2.fertilizer plant. imo could surprise us all.
