This is intriguing. If there was a suggestion that the deal were not to proceed, I doubt that the Board would early release an article that is 60% about the Seychelles deal. Furthermore, I believe that WHL would have the right of vetoing such an article - don't know specifically about oil & gas; however, in banking/financial services the right of veto is usually in place. Also, this past week nearly $50 billion has been wiped off the sharemarket - we've held our own pretty well considering the plunges elsewhere. Piast, thank you for your persistence.
