OK, it seems I was wrong. Just got a reply to my email to the company.
"We wish to confirm there was no scaleback from this recent Share Purchase Plan.
Allotment of shares from this SPP will occur on 30th June 2011."
Suits me fine as I had applied for the full $15K and happy to be getting all that.
