BLR conveniently left the previously advised agreed date for the finalisation of the definitive agreement with STB out of the last quarterly . That date was 31/01/2011 . The fact is that the agreement is the most price sensitive announcement that BLR have forecast . Therefore they are remiss in not allowing the market clear direction . No good complaining to the toothless tiger , just keep the faith or bail .
