what did i get wrong c9.the conjecture was about the use of a word 'FINALISATION 'and it's connotations to the process of the far-out.
from brr interview STEVE 'clearly' states the finalisation as being:
regulatory approvals
commercial
legal and documentation

to have those in place for finalisation

from the last update

from the use of this word one gets the impression that a partnership [ if there is one ] is now in the FINAL stages.
