finalization of CR

we were told that early/mid january the CR will be finalized but no word as of yet. My guess is that RCF are trying to get a sweeter deal for themselves than the 40 cent price and as usual, having probably manipulated the sp down to mid 30's. no doubt they will get it as they always maximized their gains at the expense of SH's.
Almost impossible to believe that the sp is 35 cents, the same as it was 12 months ago when they had not even started construction. well, I guess that reflects the integrity of the people involved.
