I'm in Indonesia (Java) at the moment and can see the 260m people definately in need of paint and zircon for tiles. Not just for rapid building but for maintenance the high rainfall destroys pain in a hurry and Indonesia though 80% internal consumption does not have a mineral sands to white pigment industry to speak of.
The China story is a big one but the rest of Asia including India growing at 5% p.a is not to be ignored especially given time.
