BGL: Couple of days over the 2 months they said but that's ok. If I look at MTU in 2006 which had a average PE of 8 and this year it has been as high as PE 24 that is a 3 bagger just in the multiple expansion, therefore I expect BGL to get to those multiples once it cracks into the asx300 and beyond ie a market cap of $100M plus in 3 to 5 years. I'm happy with the way it is reacting technically today volume is already significantly over Fridays and it is up 8.3% when the market is down 1.2% and it is only 12pm very powerful! I still have to try to look deeper into the fundamentals so that I can try and work it out with more accuracy. At first glance of the guidance I figured eps growth to be anywhere from 0%-25% for FY11 with significant upside in FY12 and that is factoring in the 70% increase in shares outstanding (88.5M to 150M). APJAPJ that run rate of $7M EBITDA makes sense and is a good sign. Today it is reacting a lot better technically than I expected it would from looking at the guidance over the weekend, there is probably something better in between the lines that I have missed but I am very happy to hold 10% of my portfolio on this now, might increase soon.
