For those of you who do not follow charts, below is a 6yr chart of UNS and as you can see price is at a critical support.
Basically if we break and close below .30c then they will push it to .20c. It will sit around .20c until a good deal is struck. If it broke .20c well that would be game over IMO.

On the other side of the coin, if we get some good news before years end (highly unlikely) then .30c should hold and travel back up to the 61.8% fib level of 1.20ish.
That will be your major resistance level on the way back up If we go up at all.

Remember a price chart is just a reflection of human behaviour.
