Still quite tight in Point cook ..a bit on the ground but NOT much , and " bargain " prices ..NO , they dont exist anywhere .

Without giving the location ..outter Melbourne Sth East
512 sq metres = $215 k ..Point cook much more expensive .

No such thing as a " bargain " in land these days ..anywhere in Melbourne anyhow .

It wasn't that long ago ( maybe 9 years ) ..I purchased a block in outter Sth East for 51.5 k ! Taxes , levies , Construction ..is now more than my purchase price ( then ) by about 5 k .
