Finally someone is being smoked out to touch along SMC and Xstrata.

This may make the Phillipino Government clean up the provisional b-s and get some economic value out of the country's resources. SMC will have to step up to the plate and not "stand alongside the Government to get IRN as it sinks into the swamp".

This should see the price of the shares back up to $1 and put the premium on SMC's position. IMHO.
